Steve Eckley is special counsel at Causey & Ye Law. He received his Juris Doctorate from Harvard University in 1981. Before attending Harvard, Steve earned his B.A. with summa cum laude honors from Drake University in 1977.With 35 years of experience as a trial attorney, Steve has successfully represented plaintiffs and defendants in a wide variety of cases involving business disputes, property damage, and personal injury. He may be the only Iowa attorney who has had juries in two separate civil cases return favorable verdicts on the same day. His remarkable courtroom record has been repeatedly recognized by his fellow attorneys.
