Bill attended the Georgetown University Law Center in Washington, DC, where he graduated with honors in May 1991. Before studying law, Bill earned his Bachelor of Arts in Biology from Colorado College in Colorado Springs, CO, graduating with honors in 1987. He is licensed and ready to assist clients in the state of Missouri.

Before joining Stange Law Firm, PC, specializing in family law in Springfield, MO, Bill gained extensive experience in the legal field, including founding and serving as director of a consulting firm for nearly 20 years, where he provided legal and business planning services to entrepreneurs and companies. In this role, he worked directly with senior management, reviewing and improving clients' contract management procedures, drafting and revising standard contracts and service agreements, reviewing and enhancing clients' HR practices and employment contracts, and providing legal advice and business analyses on major strategic partnerships, mergers and acquisitions, strategic realignments, downsizing, bankruptcies, and corporate finance. Bill is passionate about working with his clients to help them rebuild their lives.
