INDERJIT Farmahan

Inderjit specialises in civil and commercial litigation and advises clients on a wide range of complex cases relating to breach of contracts, sale of goods transactions, construction disputes, debt recovery and insolvency matters. Where applicable, Inderjit also advises on interim applications such as pre-action disclosure and summary judgment. He also specialises in Immigration law and advises clients on submitting applications under the sponsor license category, together with challenging refusal decisions.

Inderjit adopts a commercial approach to every case and aims to ensure that disputes are resolved in a cost effective and timely manner. This includes alternative dispute resolution options such as negotiations. His impressive knowledge of the Civil Procedure Rules enables him to undertake proceedings robustly and efficiently.

Prior to joining Ashton Ross Law, Inderjit acted on behalf of various organisations, local authorities and private individuals and acquired extensive experience on a wide range of contentious disputes. He has also appeared and advocated before multiple County Courts for his clients in matters of setting aside judgments and obtaining final charging orders.

Inderjit is keen on enhancing his advocacy skills and intends on completing the Higher Rights of Audience which would enable him to advocate and represent his clients in all Courts across England and Wales.
