Leandro is an Associate in Puyat Jacinto Santos (PJS) Law.
He received his Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from the University of the Philippines College of Law in 2021. He was admitted to the Philippine Bar in 2023. Leandro also holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Journalism from the University of the Philippines, where he graduated cum laude in 2017. Prior to joining PJS Law, he worked with Palarca & Baluyut Law Offices, where he was involved in civil, criminal, and election law matters. In 2021, his paper "The Human Exemption Challenge: Securing the Philippine Humanitarian Space in the Anti-Terrorism Act of 2020" was published in the 2021 edition of the Asia-Pacific Journal of International Humanitarian Law.
Leandro’s main areas of practice in PJS include Conflict Resolution and Corporate & Commercial Law. He has also assisted in matters involving Intellectual Property, Labor and Employment, and Mergers & Acquisitions.
