Ahmed is a partner within AMJ's Corporate/Regulatory Practice department and is authorized to engage in litigation before the Court of Appeal of Oman. He is a member of the firm's Corporate, Commercial, and Regulatory department and has extensive experience advising on regulatory matters related to mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, including the conduct of Extraordinary and Ordinary General Meetings (EGM/OGM), the registration of company vehicles, the registration of securities, and other relevant regulatory authorities, business restructurings, real estate matters, initial public offerings, as well as the planning and development of large infrastructure projects. Most recently, Ahmed advised on the reorganization and restructuring of the Muscat Securities Market as an autonomous corporate vehicle under the name of Muscat Bourse Company SAOC.
