Mir Zarrar

Zarrar is a member of the Corporate, Banking, and Islamic Finance teams at AMJ. He has extensive expertise in corporate law, mergers and acquisitions (M&A), commercial law, banking, and Islamic finance. Zarrar has represented clients in numerous large-scale and complex M&A transactions and financial deals in Oman. He regularly advises lenders and borrowers on financing transactions with a focus on Islamic finance structures.
