  • Acting on behalf of an international trust company in a wide ranging and ongoing instruction that included a successful application for equitable relief (rectification and declarations) that is now the leading authority in relation to HMRC’s treatment of Guernsey-administered QNUPs: In the matter of A Pension Plan [2020] GRC 019

  • Acting on behalf of the Guernsey trustee of a pension scheme established by a well-known, Premier League club, in relation to proceedings before the High Court Family Division in London: see A and C v PQ, RS and T Trustees Limited [2019] GRC 013

  • Acting on behalf a FTSE 100 company (with annual turnover in excess of £2billion) engaged in the provision of architectural, M & E consultant and project management services, in Guernsey’s largest ever construction dispute involving allegations of professional negligence and breach of contract: see Capita Symonds Ltd v Jubilee Scheme 3 Limited 3 Partnership et al

  • Acting on behalf of the majority shareholder of a leading, international construction company in proceedings involving trust and corporate structures registered in Guernsey, Cyprus, Greece, Liechtenstein, the UK and BVI
