A graduate of the Faculties of Law, he is a professor at the University of Paris-Saclay, specializing in corporate law and financial law, subjects to which he has dedicated numerous studies and conferences. He also heads the Master 2 program in Business Tax and Financial Market Law at the university.
He has worked at several renowned French law firms, where he developed his expertise in special business matters in the banking and financial sectors, as well as in complex litigation.

He advises companies, both listed and non-listed, on their key national or international transactions, as well as on corporate governance matters. As a lawyer in Luxembourg, he also provides counsel to French or foreign companies on matters governed by Luxembourg law.
In litigation, he primarily handles disputes between shareholders, questions of liability for company executives, and special cases involving major banking institutions.
He has participated in several ad hoc arbitrations, both in legal and amicable composition, as an arbitrator or president of the arbitral tribunal, in disputes involving corporate law (post-acquisition litigation, implementation of liability guarantees, shareholder disputes, exclusion of a partner) or commercial contract law (particularly distribution law).
He is an auditor of the 47th session of the Institute of Advanced Studies in National Defence (IHEDN).
