Merlin is an experienced professional in mergers and acquisitions and corporate law. Merlin is also responsible for our Pan-Baltic operations, collaborating with partner law firms across the Nordic and Baltic regions.

Her assistance is highly sought in matters regarding the sale and purchase of companies, management buy-outs, management and liability contracts, relations between partners and shareholders, cross-border transactions, and the overall legal framework of commercial operations.

Her passion also lies in helping Estonian and international start-up and growth companies with expert advice on the legal aspects of funding, partnership arrangements, and expanding to international markets.

She serves as a supervisory board member of the Estonian Service Industry Association, helping companies in the service sector in Estonia to stand united and improve the business environment on the national level, focusing particularly on matters related to education and employment.

She is also a founding member of the startup GDPR Register, and a board member of kood/Jõhvi, a modern and international programming school created for adults of any age.

In addition, Merlin is a Communication Officer of the International Bar Association European Regional Forum.
