Anne Alberg Brixen specialises in M&A and company law.

Anne advises both national and international clients in relation to their M&A activities, assisting in particular in due diligence processes and in planning, managing and completing transactions and drafting transaction documents.

Anne also provides general commercial and company law advice and assists in the drafting of corporate documents.
