Daniel Emil Lindberg Bang is a licensed attorney in New York and Denmark, specializing in assisting clients with international transactions and commercial matters in the United States and Denmark, including:

• Commercial contracts and disputes

• Intellectual property rights

• Labor law and visas

Daniel holds an LL.M. in International Law from Stetson University College of Law in Florida and a Cand.Jur. (LL.M.) from the University of Copenhagen School of Law. Daniel is a member of the Executive Committee of the International Law Section of the New York State Bar Association.

Before joining USA DENMARK LAW, Daniel worked for a major international company and a prominent law firm. Prior to that, Daniel worked in the United States for an insurance company and a sports organization. In his work, he draws on his international experience to assist clients in managing their international legal issues.
