MIHALJEVIĆ Ivana

Ivana is a senior associate in our corporate department who advises clients in various aspects of company law, labour law and finance law. She regularly participates in due diligence exercises and the preparation of transaction documentation in M&A and finance projects, including day-to-day advice to clients on administrative and labour law matters.

Her daily work includes advising foreign clients when doing business in Croatia, legal research and drafting legal opinions from various legal fields.

While studying at the Faculty of Law of the University of Zagreb, Ivana focused on banking and financial law and regulation of private equity funds in Croatia. She was also a member of the winning team of the 7th Adriatic Moot Court competition.
