Dario's expertise covers all aspects of real estate and construction law, encompassing the various stages of a property's lifecycle.

He is particularly specialized in commercial real estate transactions (asset deals, share deals, and split sales) and commercial real estate projects in various sectors (healthcare, logistics, offices, public, residential, and retail). He has extensive experience in all types of construction-related contracts (e.g., developer and contractor agreements, architecture and engineering contracts) and has developed unique expertise in early contractor involvement. He has also assisted clients in EPC and DB(F)(M) projects. Dario regularly handles these matters before Belgian courts and tribunals and has experience in arbitration.

Background

Dario studied at the Vrije Universiteit Brussel (VUB), where he obtained a Master in Law (LL.M) in 2013 and an additional Master in Notarial Law in 2014. Dario was admitted to the Brussels Bar in 2014.
