Expertise and Experience
Luc has extensive experience in various corporate transactions and advises, among others, insurance companies. He also advises associations, pension funds, and other legal entities.

Education
Luc obtained his law degree from the Catholic University of Leuven (Leuven, Belgium) in 1988 and earned special degrees in economic law from the Free University of Brussels (Brussels, Belgium) in 1990 and in company law from the Catholic University of Brussels (Brussels, Belgium) in 1997. He was a legal advisor from 1992 to 2000. In 2001, he joined Lydian and was admitted to the Brussels Bar.

Publications and Lectures
Luc is the co-author of Vademecum voor de Accountant (Vademecum for accountants) and participates in internal and external seminars on company law.
