Wim Defoor was born in Kortrijk on March 18, 1968. He joined the firm on September 1, 1991, and became a partner in 2001.
He studied law at KUL (Katholieke Universiteit Leuven) and the University of Poitiers (France). He also obtained a postgraduate degree in tax law from the Higher Institute of Tax Sciences in Brussels.
Wim is the author of various articles published in different tax journals and co-author of the "Fiscaal Procedurezakboekje" and the "Jaarboek Personenbelasting". He is also the editor-in-chief of the tax journal "De Fiscale Koerier".
