Alina has experience in intellectual property law, information technology law, antitrust law, advertising and marketing, health, and pharmaceuticals. Additionally, Alina has expertise in the translation of legal documents.

PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE:

• Creation and adaptation of documents related to personal data protection (privacy policies, internal company documents);
• Participation in contractual support for the creation, acquisition, and transfer of rights to IT products, trademarks, and other intellectual property objects;
• Advising companies on the launch of IT products in Belarus;
• Advising clients on cryptocurrency activities in Belarus;
• Advising on protection against unfair competition, including in the cross-border market of the EAEU;
• Assisting in obtaining approval from the antimonopoly authority for transactions recognized as economic concentration;
• Participation in legal due diligence of Belarusian companies;
• Drafting various types of legal documents;
• General issues of regulation concerning advertising, health and pharmaceuticals, information technology, intellectual property, and competition.
