SERTBAY Émir

Emir graduated from the University of Southampton in 2011, a Rusell Group University. Shortly after graduating, he returned to Cyprus and completed the Bar Course in Cyprus, qualifying as an Advocate in March 2013. During his time in Cyprus, Emir dealt with a vast number of criminal and civil law matters, appearing before the Magistrates, Crown, and Supreme Courts of Cyprus. He worked with local and international clients from all backgrounds, including large corporate entities who wanted to establish their presence in Cyprus.

Emir later returned to the UK and qualified as a Solicitor in England and Wales, focusing on immigration and conveyancing law. He completed his Legal Practice Course at the University of Law in London. Emir's experience in the UK covers all aspects of Corporate, Private Immigration, Appeals at all Stages and Asylum claims.

Emir is dedicated to providing the highest level of client satisfaction. He is both professional and friendly in his approach and provides a holistic line of action when handling client matters. Before his time at LS Legal, Emir established a high track record for successful results. He headed the Immigration Departments of several law firms in London.

Outside of work, Emir likes to travel to different parts of the world with his family. He is a keen supporter of Galatasaray and Arsenal.
