Azar Bolandgray’s practice is focused on all aspects of commercial real estate transactions, including commercial office, retail and industrial leasing, and the negotiation of property management, commercial listing and commission agreements. Ms. Bolandgray’s commercial leasing practice includes all aspects of commercial leasing, from small scale, individualized projects to complex, large scale industrial, retail and office tower developments.  She has represented both landlords and tenants in all aspects of drafting and negotiating varied real estate transactions.
