Maestro Avvocato MILLNER Haley

Haley Millner grew up in St. Louis and has been an associate attorney at EMC Immigration Law since April 2022. Prior to this, she practiced immigration law in California, focusing on deportation defense, asylum, humanitarian immigration benefits, family immigration benefits, naturalization, and the intersection of criminal law and immigration law. She is currently a co-liaison for USCIS for the Missouri-Kansas chapter of the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA). Prior to that, she was a co-liaison for ICE for the Northern California AILA chapter. She is bilingual in English and Spanish and has previously worked as a Spanish interpreter before becoming an attorney. She strongly believes in the need for holistic representation that addresses the current needs and capabilities of the client. She is grateful to have worked with so many incredible people in this practice.
