Stephen G. MIRAKIAN

Throughout his legal career spanning over 40 years, Mr. Mirakian has represented clients in military, state, and federal trial and appellate courts in Kansas, Missouri, and numerous other state and federal jurisdictions. In addition to three years in the U.S. Army Judge Advocate General's Corps as a defense attorney, Mr. Mirakian’s practice encompasses a wide variety of complex civil and criminal matters, including family law, personal injury, employment discrimination, commercial litigation, workers' compensation, and estate planning. His practice also includes the formation of business entities, drafting partnership and shareholder agreements, and real estate transactions. Mr. Mirakian also maintains a full-service mediation practice and has been retained as an expert witness in numerous complex commercial cases.
