Tom assists both businesses and individuals in civil and criminal litigation, representing his clients in state and federal courts. In addition to his extensive civil and criminal work, he is a registered civil mediator in the State of Indiana.After graduating summa cum laude from the Indiana University School of Law – Indianapolis, he practiced with one of the largest law firms in Southern California. He represents clients in diverse industries, including publishing, construction, and motor sports. With the skills obtained from earning his accounting degree from Marian College, he is able to readily advise clients on general business law as well as civil and criminal tax matters. Tom is also a member of local and state bar associations.Tom is licensed to practice in Indiana and California and has represented clients in proceedings in numerous other jurisdictions.
