Maestro Avvocato COHEN Matt

Matt joined the Drumm Law team in 2014. Despite being trained that risk is a 4-letter word for lawyers, he characterizes himself as a business advisor and problem solver with a bias for saying “yes” to clients’ questions. He has plenty of experience in franchise and hospitality law having served as General Counsel for a national take-n-bake pizza chain and as legal counsel for Red Robin Restaurants and Exclusive Resorts, the country’s largest luxury destination club. Matt also worked as an associate at Perkins Coie in Denver which, at the time, housed one of Colorado’s largest franchise groups. Matt graduated from the University of Virginia Law School and received his undergraduate degree from Colby College in Waterville, ME.Matt is most grateful for good health, his fun and beautiful wife, his loving daughter and a strong support system. He enjoys road cycling, traveling, spending time with his family and a good meal with good friends.Matt lives in Colorado and is admitted to practice law in Colorado.
