Sean P. Gambogi is a partner in the Newark office of Kimmel, Carter, Roman, Peltz & O'Neill, P.A. His practice is focused primarily in personal injury, nursing home neglect and workers' compensation.Mr. Gambogi is a lifelong Delawarean.  He began working with Kimmel Carter as a file clerk and courier while attending Salesianum High School and the University of Delaware. When he continued on to The Dickinson School of Law, he remained with the firm as a law clerk and also served as an intern with The Honorable William W. Caldwell, United States Judge for the Middle District of Pennsylvania.Since his admission to the Delaware Bar in 2010, he has been an associate attorney with the firm until 2018 when he was promoted to partner. Mr. Gambogi is committed to thoughtfully and effectively representing individuals and families whose lives have been changed as the result of an injury.
