He trained under JUDr. Ernest Valko, PhD. and practised as an associate lawyer at the renowned MST PARTNERS s.r.o. and the highly regarded Slovak branch of the Austrian firm Lansky, Ganzger & Partner Rechtsanwälte.Ivan has a long track record of providing comprehensive legal advice to software manufacturers and vendors that covers the negotiation and drafting of software contracts and IT service consulting and implementation agreements.Beyond IT law, he specialises in intellectual property law and administrative law, particularly in the fields of pharmaceuticals, construction, and public procurement. He also has a wealth of experience in handling complex contractual documentation, including the application of FIDIC contract terms. He successfully represents clients in litigation and provides legal services in corporate and labour law. He has been involved in extensive due diligence, M&A, and development projects, providing legal advice where these concern strategic linear infrastructure.He sits on the Slovak Football Association’s Dispute Resolution Commission.
