Bronislava trained at VIVID LEGAL, s. r. o. Prior to joining Advokátska kancelária LAWYALTIE, s. r. o., she spent several years as a lawyer at ZSE Group, where she rendered comprehensive legal advice on corporate law, commercial law, labour law, and energy law, and served as counsel in litigation. She was also responsible for advising the entire ZSE Group on data protection issues.Bronislava provides comprehensive legal advice on data protection and M&A, and on the set-up and implementation of corporate processes and changes. She also works in labour law, including cross-border employment relations, construction law, a wide range of commercial and civil law, and many branches of administrative law. She has a successful record of representing clients in court and administrative proceedings.Bronislava has been involved in a number of due diligence and M&A projects, and has provided legal advice on energy law, particularly on the development of electromobility in the Slovak Republic. She has also contributed to several international projects of European significance related to electromobility and distribution system digitalisation.
