Tomáš Bardelčík is a partner at RELEVANS. He has been with the firm since its inception and became its third partner in February 2019.At RELEVANS, he professionally and operationally leads the Litigation Division.Before the establishment of RELEVANS, Tomáš collaborated closely with its founders. As a lawyer, he was involved in the acquisition of banks and other regulated entities and represented both Slovak and international clients in complex legal disputes.He graduated from the Faculty of Law at Pavol Jozef Šafárik University in Košice, where he successfully completed his doctoral studies (PhD) in 2013 in commercial, financial, and tax law.Areas of FocusAt RELEVANS, Tomáš Bardelčík focuses on resolving the most significant court disputes and administrative proceedings, not only through direct representation but also by managing and overseeing the work of lawyers handling these types of cases.
