She has been a member of the Bar Association of Vojvodina and joined the firm’s team in 2017.Aleksandra specializes in corporate law, litigation, labor law, and artificial intelligence law.In corporate law, she focuses primarily on establishing companies for both individuals and legal entities, with or without the physical presence of the founder in Serbia. She has gained experience advising foreign clients interested in collaborating with Serbia's customs-free zones. She also provides guidance on business structures, tax aspects, public subsidies, liquidation and bankruptcy procedures, as well as immigration and residency for foreigners.Aleksandra handles many complex litigation cases, representing both domestic and international legal entities and individuals. She has honed her expertise in enforcement procedures to recover claims efficiently.In labor law, Aleksandra advises numerous domestic and foreign legal entities, prepares various labor law-related documents, and represents clients in labor disputes.She completed her undergraduate and master’s studies at the Faculty of Law, University of Novi Sad. Her master’s thesis focused on competition law under the topic: "Conditions for Exemption from the Obligation to Pay Monetary Amounts in Competition Protection Measures."During her studies, Aleksandra represented the faculty at the Willem C. Vis Moot Court Competition, an international arbitration competition, as well as a regional competition on human rights. She participated in the ELSA Vienna Summer School on Dispute Resolution in Vienna and the Danube Summer School in Ulm, Germany.Aleksandra is fluent in English and proficient in German.
