AL-RIYAMI NASSER

Nasser is a specialised corporate lawyer with vast experience in company establishments, high net share transfers and cross-border M & A agreements. He holds a degree from Sultan Qaboos university, specialising in Commercial Law, and an LLM from Kingston University London, which he obtained with merit, in Corporate and Financial Law with focus on Corporate Governance.

Having previously worked on a multi-million dollar embezzlement case, the establishment of a five-star hotel in the Sultanate, major logistics sector establishments and governing agreements, Nasser caters to a number of high net-worth clients as the head of business development. His expertise extends across governing agreements, legal opinions, financial fraud, embezzlement and civil litigation. Nasser is known for his innovative approach to analyzing the law and his expertise has been utilized in navigating uncharted territories within the law.
