PATRICK is an Associate Member of the American Bar Association and the American Academy of Legal Studies in Business. He serves on the Boards of several energy corporations, Nonprofits and Agro-allied Companies. In academia since 2003, Mr Okorodudu has been an adjunct professor teaching Business Law, Entrepreneurial Start-ups, Leadership and Ethics courses for leading U.S. Universities. He has an LLB, BL and LLM. He is currently taking time to complete doctoral studies in Corporate Governance Law.Patrick has over 24 years of experience as an Attorney and Consultant to local and international oil and gas companies in Africa and other international business entities. As legal counsel and co-founder of a US E&P public trading company, he has played a key role in leading transactions in the areas of loan syndications, infrastructure financing, mergers and acquisitions and corporate restructuring.He has also been responsible for managing outside counsel and internally providing legal support and deal structuring services for both private and public traded companies.Mr. Okorodudu has managed the legal framework and structuring required for the creation of a U.S. public trading company in 2009.
