Maestro Avvocato Wen Yee Abdul Rahman

Abdul Rahman was born in Kuala Lumpur and an alumnus of Victoria Institution, Kuala Lumpur. He attended International Islamic University Malaysia and graduated with LL.B (Honours) in 2011.Equipped with good oral and written communication skills and strong analytical skills, Abdul Rahman has always aspire to become a litigator. Early in his career, Abdul Rahman was exposed to banking litigation and debt recovery process, where he obtained the essential knowledge in banking and civil procedure. Thriving to expand his skills, he later joined a small-sized firm in Batu Caves handling running down cases before expanding further into general litigation. Abdul Rahman has hands-on experience in bankruptcy law, winding-up proceedings, mutual divorce proceedings, estate administration, criminal defense and also appeal matters.Throughout his career, he has appeared before every level of Court, from the lower Court right to the apex Court of Malaysia, the Federal Court. He has also appeared in the Industrial Court handling cases on wrongful termination.
