Michael, is a well-known as family, estate planning and real estate lawyer and he is currently the managing partner of MTC. Michael has extensive experience in family law, estate planning law, property law, commercial law and civil litigation. Having spent many years in practice, Michael has broad expertise, knowledge and experience in advising various matters pertaining to property transactions, family disputes, probate disputes, will & trust and corporate & commercial transactions.Michael has been invited for various legal talks in relation to family law, estate planning and property law. Since the inception of his practice, Michael has served more than 1,000 individual clients pertaining to legal affairs of marriage and family matters, estate planning matters and property transactions and 150 business clients for corporate and commercial matters. Currently, his practice is focused only in family law, estate planning and property law.Michael graduated with honours degree in LLB Law. He completed his LLB Law at Multimedia University (MMU) and commenced his pupilage with a reputable corporate law firm Messrs. Lee Choon Wan & Co in 2014 and subsequently qualified and admitted as an Advocate & Solicitor of High Court of Malaya in 2015. He then begins his legal practice in an established civil and criminal law firm Messrs. Cheow Wee & Mai before he founded Messrs. Michael Tie & Co.JOSEPH WONGJoseph graduated from the University of Leeds with a Second-Class Honours (Upper Division) law degree. He then undertook the Bar Professional Training Courts, where he was called to the Bar by the Honorable Society of Inner Temple. Upon returning to Malaysia, he commenced his pupillage at Messrs. Shook Lin & Bok.Before joining MTC, Joseph worked at Messrs Rosli Dahlan Saravanan Partnership where his practice focuses predominantly on civil litigation and dispute resolution. His litigation experience encompasses defamation, breach of fiduciary duty by directors and stakeholders, fraudulent trading, divorce proceedings, probate & administration, trademark and patent infringement.
