James Liew Khar Keng is the founder and also the Managing Partner of the firm. In 2011, he graduated with LLB Degree from the University of Tasmania, Australia and he was then admitted and enrolled as an advocate and solicitor of the High Court of Malaysia in year 2015.James’ main area of practice is real estate transcations which include acquisition and disposal of residential, commercial and industrial properties as well as lands for development purposes.  In additional, he also advises property developers in matter relates to Housing Development (Control and Licensing) Act, 1966 & Strata Management Act, 2013.James’ other portfolio includes retail banking documentations (conventional and islamic) as well as advisory works and drafting various business agreements. He also advises clients in all matters related to the administration of estates of deceased persons
