Maestro Avvocato JACOBS François

Francois Jacobs is a qualified Advocate in South Africa and a Registered Legal Practitioner and Notary Public in the Isle of Man, who joined Kinley Legal in October 2023.Coming from a family of legal practitioners, he started his career as an Attorney and Notary Public in 2009, later being admitted as a conveyancer in 2012 and completing his LL.M in 2016 specialising in Mercantile Law with a focus on succession, estate planning and trust law. During 2020, he became a member of the Free State Society of Advocates (South Africa), finishing off in South Africa with an appointment to the Judiciary as an Acting Magistrate.Francois’ passion for the law and his family’s own relocation will ensure that he can effectively assist others relocating from all jurisdictions of the world, especially those individuals from South Africa and other Commonwealth countries.
