AALISH Hannan

Aalish was educated on the Isle of Man and then attended the College of Law in Chester receiving a commendation in her Legal Practice Course. She returned to the Isle of Man in 1998 where she completed her Articles with  Dawn Jones at Carter Jones McDonald, qualifying as a Manx Advocate in 2000 and became a partnerin 2004.

In 2012 Aalish started Hannan Law which has today grown into one of the leading family law firms on the Isle of Man.

Aalish has a wealth of experience in all aspects of family law, including divorce and separation,. She also has considerable experience in financial matters following separation including high net worth clients and complex trust structures.

She also acts in financial claims for unmarried parties.

She approaches all family disputes with empathy and common sense supporting her clients through the emotional turmoil of separation.

Aalish has considerable experience in children cases, frequently advising on child contact arrangements and residence arrangements together with the relocation of children to reside in the UK and further afield.
