Helen McGeoch is Counsel in the Corporate and Commercial department. Helen practices in all areas of corporate and commercial law with particular expertise in banking and finance transactions, mergers and acquisitions and commercial agreements. In addition Helen has experience in advising on regulatory and a range of other corporate matters.Helen joined Ferbrache & Farrell as counsel in March 2020 from Specsavers Optical Group where she was Senior Legal Counsel with primary responsibility for Supply Chain legal support. Prior to this, Helen was a partner in the Corporate & Commercial Department of Appleby in Guernsey and spent five years working with other members of the Ferbrache & Farrell team at Ozannes (now Mourant Ozannes). Helen qualified as an English Solicitor in 2000 and started her career in the corporate team at Eversheds Sutherland.
