David has extensive experience in a wide variety of litigation and litigious disputes in areas including cross border insolvency, company and shareholder disputes, tax and trusts law and financial services disputes.After completing a law degree from the University of Sydney LEC, Australia, David completed a graduate diploma in Legal Practice at the Australian National University. David joined Babbé LLP after spending time at global offshore law firm, Harneys in Cayman, prior to that David was with global law firm, Squire Patton Boggs, Sydney where he specialised in large-scale commercial disputes.David has been admitted as Solicitor at the Supreme Court of New South Wales, Australia and has also been called to the Bar at the Grand Court of the Cayman Islands.In October 2022, David completed the Certificat d’Etudes Juridiques Françaises et Normandes from the Université de Caen Normandie, France and passed the Guernsey Bar Exams in 2023.David was admitted as a solicitor in England and Wales in April 2024 and in May 2024 was admitted as an Advocate of the Royal Court of Guernsey and promoted to Counsel.
