Nick specialises in disputes involving complex international trust and corporate structures. He acts for and advises: trustees, beneficiaries and other parties to trusts; directors, shareholders and other corporate stakeholders. He acts in trust administration proceedings. He also has extensive experience of commercial litigation and of regulatory matters. Recent HighlightsActing on behalf of trustees of a Jersey trust in multiple proceedings before the Royal Court of Guernsey and the Guernsey Court of Appeal in claims against the former trustees of the trust. The two primary claims (which are valued at £380m and £160m) have already been the subject of ten appeals to the Privy Council, in which Nick acted as lead Guernsey counsel.
