Virginie ARCELLA-LUST, partner since 2015 at the SCP Les avocats du Thélème, primarily practices litigation in labor law, construction and real estate law, and business law.She co-leads the firm’s litigation department with her partners, Thibault GANDILLON and Olivier MINGASSON.Having joined SCP Les avocats du Thélème in 2008 as an associate, Virginie ARCELLA-LUST holds a Master’s in Business Law, a Diploma of Legal Advisor (DJCE), a Postgraduate Degree in Labor Law (CES), and a Doctorate in Private Law, which she obtained in 2004 at the University of Montpellier.Virginie ARCELLA-LUST also obtained the Certificate of Aptitude for the Legal Profession (CAPA) at the Montpellier Bar School. She was sworn in as a lawyer in 2004, the same year she defended her doctoral thesis, which was accepted with honors by the jury: “Les logiciels de salariés” (Employee Software), supervised by Professor Jacques RAYNARD.She was named Best Real Estate Lawyer in Montpellier by the reference website "Three Best Rated" in 2022.
