Maestro Avvocato DESBORDES Rémi

Holder of a Master I “Private Law and Criminal Sciences” and a Master II “Law and Civil Enforcement Procedures”, Rémi joined the EKLAR AVOCATS firm in January 2017, immediately after taking the oath and registering at the Marseille Bar. Rémi mainly intervenes in civil and commercial litigation. He has particular experience in banking law (financial assistance and security disputes) but also in the law of enforcement of court decisions, particularly in matters of property seizure. In this capacity, Rémi advises and assists financial groups, banks, guarantee organizations and debt recovery organizations on a daily basis. He also intervenes in criminal matters and is registered on the emergency criminal defense list. Rémi is a laureate of the Faculty of Law of Aix-en-Provence but also of the Conference of the Young Bar.
