He was the class Salutatorian during high school, and graduated with First Honors during elementary.Karlo specializes in information technology law, corporate law and commercial litigation and arbitration, franchise law, data privacy, tax law, labor and employment law and admiralty and maritime law. He has guided hundreds of companies do business legally in the Philippines.  Furthermore, his legal opinions on a wide array of corporate concerns have been instrumental in the success of the Firm’s clientele. In addition, he is an expert on data privacy law and has assisted companies on data privacy compliance. His vast knowledge on computer operations and programming coupled with his formal educational background in Computer Engineering has made him one of the sought-after lawyers on information technology law and data privacy law.A multi-skilled lawyer, Karlo is also an experienced litigator, having handled countless civil, criminal and administrative cases before various courts and quasi-judicial tribunals in the country.
