RAGAB Omayma

Omayma is a Counsel of the Firm’s litigation team with more than 20 years of experience in prosecuting complex business litigation relating to commercial, investment, criminal, civil and labor disputes. She is experienced in drafting memoranda and exhibition preparation, defend legal claims and manage large complex cases in the various judicial proceedings before civil and administrative courts as well as criminal courts and handling procedures before the public prosecution.

Through legal practice, she had the opportunity to gain a sum of practical skills which provided her with a high level of responsibility in legal administration, as well as working closely with other team members to develop and initiate mechanisms and strategies to promote the legal sector, and to provide legal services in a professional manner.

Omayma is continuously providing legal support to multinational as well as local companies in negotiating and settling disputes with substantive experience in investment disputes, civil claims, real estate and construction and labor and employment litigation.

Before joining Riad & Riad, Omayma was working at Crowell & Moring office in Egypt and previously at Nadoury & Hahas Firm.
