FUGLESANG CHRISTENSEN Jens

Attorney at law Jens Fuglesang Christensen specialises in housing law and advises on housing sales to private individuals as well as the purchase and sale of cooperative housing and commercial properties. In addition, he handles commercial tenancy law, prepares leases, and advises in disputes between landlords and tenants, e.g., in connection with rent increase or rent reduction. Jens is a certified housing lawyer and has been appointed permanent guardian of the State Administration.

Jens also works as a legal advisor for the automotive industry, which he has in-depth knowledge of because of his many years of work as a lawyer in "Bilernes By". With a background as a seller and buyer, Jens has in addition to his legal skills, also a solid business understanding.
