JUEL ORBÆK Andreas

Andreas Juel Orbæk advises Danish and international clients on information technology and cyber security.

Andreas advises on a wide range of information technology issues, assisting i.a.  in the drafting of commercial contracts and handling of technology disputes. Andreas also has experience in public procurement processes and complaints procedures related to IT contracts.

Finally, he advises on cyber security, including compliance (NIS2/DORA) and other security issues related to the development, use and delivery of IT solutions and digital infrastructure.

As a previous competition law specialist, advising on the competition law aspects of various agreements and actions for competition law damages, he draws on these competences in his day-to-day work.Background
