Allan Schweitz Fischer
Allan primarily advises in the areas of bankruptcy and insolvency and has focused on these areas of law throughout his career.

Over the years, Allan has developed extensive expertise in advising distressed companies, both from the company's side and from the creditors' side. He also has substantial experience in the practical handling of restructuring cases and bankruptcies, including acting as a trustee, which has also provided him with in-depth experience in areas such as business transfers, real estate, forced auctions, as well as litigation and dispute resolution, particularly in the context of insolvency-related litigation.

In addition, Allan provides advice on general business and corporate law matters, including the drafting of shareholder agreements, as well as assistance with the establishment, mergers, and demergers of companies, and other corporate law matters.
