Maestro Avvocato PAREDES AYLLÓN Rigoberto

Rigoberto Paredes Ayllon studied laws at the Bolivian Catholic University. He was competitively elected as a Fulbright Scholarship recipient, so he got a Master of Laws (LLM) degree, specializing in Litigation Techniques with emphasis in Corporate Law at The State University of New York. He completed a second Masters in Business Administration and Management in E.E.N. Madrid Spain, obtaining the title of Master in Business Administration – M.B.A. He also got a specialization in Criminal Law in the University of La Habana.Among his significant experience as a lawyer and legal consultant, he has provided legal services to important public and private organizations, among them we can mention: Yacimientos Petrolíferos Fiscales Bolivianos, CHACO S.A., The National Intellectual Property Service SENAPI, Mammoet, Centros Comercialess de Bolivia SRL, Microsoft , The Public Ministry, the Ministry of Justice, Avianca, The Export-Import Bank of the United States, Grossman Laboratories, CHECCHI, USAID and many others. We must also highlight that he has served as an expert in legal sciences in important cases, including representing the Plurinational State of Bolivia in international arbitrations of conjunctural importance.Finally in the academic field, Rigoberto Paredes has worked as a university professor of Master’s programs and Diplomates in the area of Litigation and Business Law in the most important universities of Bolivia.
