Martin Dahlgaard is the founder and owner of USA DENMARK LAW and is an experienced, multidisciplinary lawyer. He provides legal advice on all aspects of U.S. and Danish commercial law, as well as cross-border transactions. He has assisted a wide range of Danish businesses operating in the United States with all aspects of U.S. and Danish commercial law. Martin has significant experience assisting Danish companies in establishing themselves in the U.S. and entering the American market.Martin's work focuses on U.S. and Danish commercial contracts, business formation and structures, venture capital and financing, mergers and acquisitions, tax filing and reporting, IT and software agreements, labor law, trademarks, and business visas.Before founding USA DENMARK LAW, Martin worked at a Danish law firm in Copenhagen, Denmark, and then as a lawyer at a law firm in the United States. Through his positions in both the U.S. and Denmark, Martin has gained extensive experience in cross-border and cross-cultural legal issues between the U.S. and Denmark.Martin holds a law degree from New York University School of Law and the University of Copenhagen, Denmark.
