He assists clients with all contentious matters, including disputes related to distribution, product liability, consumer protection, and professional liability.EducationJo obtained his law degree in 2004 from the Catholic University of Leuven (KUL). In 2005, he earned a DES in Economic Law from the Free University of Brussels (ULB) and was admitted to the Brussels Bar the same year. He is now a member of the Brussels and Limburg Bars and can appear before all Belgian courts.Publications and ConferencesJo has published several articles and regularly speaks at internal and external seminars on topics such as shareholder disputes, director liability, managing international contracts, protecting know-how and trade secrets, and distribution law.
