Luc Van den Bon is a member of the Commercial Contracts and Litigation practice group.His practice is built on more than 30 years of experience in court across various areas of law, including construction law. He advises clients on different aspects of construction law, such as drafting contracts and managing disputes before courts and other forums.Luc has served as a substitute judge (Justice of the Peace in Lennik) since 1994 and was a member of the Council of the Dutch-speaking Bar in Brussels from 2000 to 2003. He holds a law degree from KU Leuven (1986), a master’s in tax law from Fiscale Hogeschool (1986), and a master’s in business law from the University of Antwerp (2000).Since 2017, Luc has been the AML Compliance Officer (AMLCO) at Liedekerke. He specializes in AML law.Luc joined Liedekerke in 2002 and was promoted to Senior Associate in 2008.
