• Effective representation of a client before the competition authority and court following the dismissal of charges against two clients for breaching competition law in relation to vertical agreements with indications of restrictive commercial practices in the bottled water market (2015-2016);
• Effective representation of clients before the competition authority and court in challenging a ruling on antitrust violations related to unfair competition in the toy construction games market (2015);
• Advising a large number of foreign clients on obtaining approval from the competition authority for changes in the indirect control of cross-border trade; advising on transaction structuring (in telecommunications, consumer goods, oil refining, and retail sectors);
• Advising telecommunications companies on their entry into the Belarusian market, including the structuring of electricity and data transmission networks to ensure compliance with local requirements for networks and deployed equipment;
• Legal mapping of the implementation and monitoring of the SMS ticketing project for the metro;
• Providing legal support to a major information resource/web catalog relaunched due to changes in e-commerce requirements;
• Managing the first anti-piracy case for Microsoft in Belarus;
• Handling intellectual property protection cases for clients to prevent "grey" imports into Belarus, including through customs and administrative guarantees.
