Qassim Alfardan is a partner at the firm.  He is one of the best members of the HRA legal team and has the ability to understand, analyse and interpret the laws and compare them to local and territory jurisdictions.Qassim is very well known at HRA for legal research projects on laws, judgments and arbitrations, and for being very strong in his motions and arguments.  He is one of the lawyers who represents our clients in courts with tenacity and professionalism.Qassim attended an intensive programme on advocacy, written pleading, oral pleading and contract drafting, where he ranked 7th out of 69 participants.  Qassim has attended many legal and non-legal courses, workshops, seminars and conferences.  He has been officially registered as an Arbitrator at G.C.C. Commercial Arbitration Centre since 2014, and, in addition, obtained Professional Certificates in the following Arbitration Programmes: Engineering Arbitration (2015); Maritime Arbitration & Marine Insurance (2017); Stock Market Disputes (Stock Exchange) (2018); and Arbitration and Legal Analysis of Islamic Financial Contracts (2018), among others.
